Alright so this is pretty basic in texture, I really like the hair texture but you have to zoom in to be able to see it. The shading is simplified but I think that's fine for the style you have. However you could have added some grooves in the dress and still kept it simple. (Add more texture in the dress, it looks to flat) You can also make the dress more wavy at the bottom.

The shading on the legs is a little too subtle, I suggest making them just a tad darker.

This might just be me, but I think her hair line should be a tad lower.

The shoulders (especially the one on the right) are a too narrow/small, they need to be a little more outward. Her foot on the right is also too square. If you could round it a little it would look dramatically better. Aside from that anatomy looks great.

In conclusion you have done all around a very good job, but you can change a lot of very minor things that would make it look fantastic. I would love to see a reupload of this. Keep it up!
